The Central Bank of India has announced an exciting recruitment opportunity for retired banking professionals. The bank is inviting applications for the FLCC (Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling) Director Counselor post in Kota & Jhalawad, Rajasthan, on a contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria for Central Bank of India FLCC Director Counselor Post
Before applying, make sure you meet the following eligibility conditions:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized university
Preference for candidates with experience in rural development or agriculture
Experience Required:
Minimum 20 years of service in a bank
At least 15 years at an officer level
Must have worked as a Branch Manager or Finance Officer for a minimum of 3 years
Retired or taken Voluntary Retirement (VRS) from a public sector bank
Must have a satisfactory service record
Age Limit:
The candidate must be under 65 years of age as of January 31, 2025
Salary & Benefits for Central Bank of India FLCC Director Counselor Post
Salary: The contract amount will be based on pension received OR ₹15,000 per month (whichever is lower)
Additional Allowances: ₹500 for mobile/conveyance expenses
Leave Policy: 15 days annually (maximum 2 days per month)
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable based on performance)
