Dausa, February 8 A massive fire broke out in a trailer on the Jaipur-Agra National Highway 21 near Khedli Mod in Dausa on Friday night after it collided with a motorcycle. The out-of-control trailer climbed onto the divider following the collision, igniting flames in its cabin area.

Two Seriously Injured in the Accident
The collision left two motorcyclists severely injured, who were immediately rushed to Dausa District Hospital for medical treatment. Meanwhile, the fire caused a complete traffic halt on one side of the highway, leading to a long traffic jam.
Fire Brigade’s Struggle to Douse the Flames
Upon receiving the information, the local police and fire brigade rushed to the scene and attempted to control the blaze. However, initial efforts were unsuccessful. As the fire spread, the trailer’s rear section also caught fire, escalating the situation further.
After nearly an hour of struggle, the firefighters managed to extinguish the flames, preventing further damage.
Chaos and Traffic Disruption
The incident occurred right in front of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, triggering panic among locals. The fire and subsequent roadblock led to massive traffic congestion on the highway, with long queues of stranded vehicles.
Following the fire’s containment, police used a crane to remove the burnt trailer, restoring traffic flow. Authorities are now investigating the exact cause of the accident.
