In a candid interview, Pratiksha shared how she struggled on set, revealing that she was frequently scolded and stressed. Pratiksha Thanks Rajan Shahi, Moves On From Controversy
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Pratiksha first expressed gratitude to producer Rajan Shahi for giving her the opportunity to be part of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.’ She praised Rajan and promised never to let him down. However, when asked about her controversial exit, she said that she had moved on and held no grudges against anyone.
Faced Issues with One Director
While Pratiksha appreciated two of the show’s directors, she revealed that the third director did not like her and often scolded her during shoots. She stated,
“There’s a thin line between scolding and harassment. I used to cry a lot on set. I felt dull and demotivated every day.”
Struggled with Stress on Set
Pratiksha further revealed that the entire crew was aware that she used to cry and feel stressed on set. She initially ignored the director’s behavior thinking she was new to the industry. However, she now regrets not informing Rajan Shahi about the situation. She admitted,
“My only mistake was not reporting the director’s behavior to Rajan Shahi.”
How She Was Fired from the Show
Pratiksha recalled the shocking moment when she and Shehzada Dhami were terminated in front of 100 crew members. She was not working on the day she was fired and broke down in tears when she heard the news.
Clarifies Relationship Rumors with Shehzada Dhami
Addressing rumors about her relationship with Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha denied any romantic involvement, stating,
“I was never in a relationship with Shehzada.”
